I am trying to figure this shit out. I usually use a website to download vids, but I'd like to learn how to use this thing. Do I need to use linux or is there another way to run it?

your rig needs to feature virtualization in some way for that to work though.

Right I have a download of that, but I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it.

both versions require python interpreter and ffmpeg, although i'm not 100% sure about the latter

but how? I figured OP or anyone else was actually interested in the technical shit behind it, not just getting it to work.

nigger download youtube-dl.exe and put ffmpeg.exe in the same folder in case you need to merge video formats and shit in windows fucking open cmd on that directory and type youtube-dl.exe and your URL NIGGER
