yeah it's G*rman alright. HENOCH Abschnitt 4, Kapitel 18 is just a bible quote, you can look that up. "Das Unbekannte" is "The Unknown". Top right as follows:
"The 4 winds (4 pillars) on the 4 corners of the earth create a magnetic vortex in red arrow direction, which move the "Primummobile" in rotation in arrow direction. The rotation causes the movement of the magnetic pole in pink arrow direction."

whats the general idea these two images are trying to convey? I assume based off the charts its something to do with hidden or secret continental landmasses?

The text doesn't fully or properly explain what is shown either way, so you should get a good idea from the charts alone. So yeah, it's hidden landmasses to the south, but also a concept of the solar system, including a location for god (who is a red mushroom apparently lol)
