Poirier has 8 losses. EIGHT LOSSES. He’s lost 2 of his last 4 fights and 3 of his last 8. He was knocked out in the 1st minute of the second round in his last fight. He got knocked out barely over a minute into his first fight with noodle-arms McGregor.

Doesn’t seem like the record of an all-time great.

Ok who are the top 5 lightweights
Khabib Abdulmanapovich Nurmagomedov is obviously the greatest of all time. After Khabib, in no particular order:

- Jens Pulver
- Islam Makhachev
- Benson Henderson
- BJ Penn (discounting his last several losses. They were money grabs & he should’ve been retired)

He has like 20 losses, in B grade promotions, youre ruining your own argument
Las Vegas – UFC today announced that former UFC lightweight champion Jens Pulver will be inducted into the 2023 Class of the UFC Hall of Fame as a Pioneer. The 2023 UFC Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, presented by Toyo Tires, will take place during the 11th annual UFC International Fight Week this summer in Las Vegas and will be streamed live on UFC FIGHT PASS.

“Jens Pulver is a pioneer of the sport who was not only the first lightweight champion in UFC history, but someone who delivered some of the sport's most memorable moments,” said UFC President Dana White. “No one will ever forget his knockout of John Lewis or his win over BJ Penn in their first fight, and his fight against Urijah Faber in 2008 was the biggest fight in WEC history at the time. Jens could do it all in the Octagon, and it will be an honor to induct him into the UFC Hall of Fame this summer.”

Jens Pulver IS a HOFer right now and he fought when guys were tougher and there was less concern for an athlete’s safety.
he went on a 6 fight loss streak down a weight class against smaller opponents and fought at a time when there was considerably more concern for athlete safety because they were trying to get MMA legalised in different states

its ok to admit you have no idea what youre talking about quence

Sounds like you simply have a grudge against the Hall of Famer Jens Pulver.

It’s not my fault that you’re incapable of recognizing greatness. Sad.
