Looks like a Henry lever action. Scope since it's so thin I'm going to say a 4x. Lever actions are 200 yard guns. I think what they are advertising is the bike mount. Don't know why they think this is a good idea. Seems to be it would get in the way of riding the bike and there are plenty of cheap and well known handlebar mounts for motorcycles/atv's/bikes. I think this was intented by someone who doesn't shoot or ride bikes.

looks to be a tank duel. notice how the tank was in reverse then moved forward and the guy jumped off. Maybe to get the other tank to fire and give away it's position. Seems to be in a pretty secure spot.
