In medieval Latin, the trivia (singular trivium) came to refer to the lower division of the Artes Liberales: grammar, rhetoric, and logic. These were the topics of basic education, and were foundational to the quadrivia of higher education: arithmetic, geometry, music, and astronomy.

Did you know that negroes are notorious for being bad tippers? It’s true and even black waitresses don’t like to serve them. The other thing they do - and I’ve heard this from numerous people in the restaurant industry - is they constantly ask for changes to their food. They’ll eat a portion of it and then claim something isn’t right and send it back to the kitchen...and do it over and over.
